Just to get us started here…

Hello! And welcome to my, er, I have lost count of how many, writing blog! But this one will be better than the last! Yes! For WordPress is gloriously easy to use, much easier than others I have kept of the past. I will try to post links when I do a newer bit in a series in that post from now on. Example: I post part 3 in my Lillith Purga prequel series. You’ve never read parts one or two, and don’t feel like going through the posts to find them. Have no fear! The links are here!

I’m also going to put up NIFTY CATEGORIES where you can find stories here by series, and then characters or pairings.

But I guess I should contain my excitement, and probably tell you a bit about who I am before I start posting my really very creepy and disturbing fiction on here.

My name is Suzanne Lahna. I have been writing since I was nine years old. I like football and porno and books about war ancient civilizations, sociology, goth subculture, piercings, tattoos, vampires, and BOOKS. I am one of those crazy writers who actually ENJOYS the act of writing rather than just trying to get published, though I am trying to do that too. So far I have been published in my university’s literary journal, Route 2, and I am also in the finalists for the 2011-2012 Writers Guild competition! I’ve also won a few fanfic awards for my Supernatural series, Moon Called. Currently I am working on adult urban fantasy series with southern flavor called the Lillith Purga series, and am on the second book, titled Little Red Lies. I have finished the first, Sanguinaria, and it is that I am currently trying to sell.

At the moment I am far more interested in my disturbing YA paranormal romance series, the Threads of Violet books, involving psyvamps, soulmates, and ties into the universe of my previously mentioned books. It is VERY DARK, involving themes of self-harm, drug abuse, abusing relationships, underage relationships of an illegal variety, war, genocide, and just all around creepy shit. It is not nice. It is not pretty. It is love in some of its scariest forms. And I wouldn’t have it any other way.

So, if you’re interested in that sort of thing, read on! I also write fanfiction. For a LOT of things. I have a separate land for it, but perhaps I will post some of it here as well.
